I've spent more than two decades working in and around warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing factories, and operational teams In private, corporate and government facilities.
Not from an office. Not from a textbook. From the floor. 
My career has covered warehousing, manufacturing, WHS, team leadership, mentoring, and operational restructuring. I've designed warehouse layouts, relocated entire operations interstate without losing a day of revenue, transformed underperforming teams, and reduced operational costs by 30-40% across multiple businesses.
Along the way, I've also mentored individuals who've gone from no clear direction to building successful careers, and creating the lives they wanted. The same principles that transform warehouses transform people: structure, support, accountability, and the courage to address what isn't working.

I sell results that have already been delivered — packaged into six integrated methodologies (OpsLogic Frameworks 1-6) that I've refined through real engagements with real operations.
When I walk into your business, I observe first. I listen. I look at the floor — not the spreadsheet. Within 30 minutes, I can usually identify where the operation is bleeding time, money, accuracy, or engagement.
